    Shipping & Handling

     

    ​We can ship domestically to all locations in the United States and Canada. As of December 26, 2018, we ship internationally to most addresses in the world. Please note that there may be shipping restrictions to some destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on zip code or postal code. California residents will be charged 7.5% sales tax on their orders. Please also note that the shipping rates for this item is weight-based which is 2 lbs. and 2 oz. per game.

     

    Returns & Refunds

     

    If you're not completely satisfied with your STRIKE! board game, please return it in its new condition, undamaged, complete with all parts and shipping box intact, within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund excluding the return shipping costs. However, we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If not, you will be responsible for the return shipping and the cost of the return shipping and handling.

    You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
